Get ready to race and brawl your way to berry sweet glory!

Join us for a fun, family-friendly competition in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe as part of Pleasant Grove City’s Strawberry Days celebration.

Age Group Divisions:

(Applicable for Mario Kart & SSBU - There are NO age group divisions for Dr Mario)

🧁 Juniors (Ages 8–11)

• Just starting out, still learning mechanics

• Focus on fun and encouragement

• Consider more casual or friendly-format matches

🍓 Teens (Ages 12–15)

• More competitive, but still developing strategic play

• These players may have more experience and want to push themselves

🎮 Varsity (Ages 16–18)

• Older high school students and experienced players

• Could include PGHS esports team members (non-coaching roles)

🌟 Open Division (All players welcome)

• Friendly but competitive—great for showing off local talent!

Each game is divided into two time sessions: one for Junior/Teen and one for Varsity/Adult. Select your age group when you register.

🚗 Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

• Junior & Teen: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Varsity & Adult: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

🧪 Dr Mario

• All Competitors: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

🔥 Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

• Junior & Teen: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

• Varsity & Adult: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

🎮 Open play & friendlies available all day!

Bring your own Nintendo Switch and enjoy casual matches between events.

💲 Registration Details:

• $10 per person, per competition

• Registration is online only—no cash accepted on site

• Players may register for multiple competitions as long as there is no conflict. If a conflict occurs, they may have to forfeit matches.

• Check-in & registration close 15 minutes before each title starts

  • Arrive early to avoid being disqualified!
