Wasatch Lady Wasps Wrestling - Try Wrestling

Lady Wasps Try Wrestling Week is a FREE, fun, beginner-friendly introduction to girls wrestling for incoming 7th–12th grade athletes with no experience required. Over 5 days, participants will learn basic skills, play games, and build confidence in a supportive, low-pressure environment alongside their friends. No gear is needed—just athletic clothing and a willingness to try. Athletes who attend 2 or more days will receive a free Lady Wasps Wrestling t-shirt, making this the perfect opportunity to try something new and get involved.
