9:00 Windjammer Varsity Girls 5k 

9:30 Windjammer Varsity Boys 5k

10:00 Windjammer JV Girls 5k 

10:30 Windjammer JV Boys 5k 

11:00 Middle School Girls 3k 

11:30 Middle School Boys 3k

*Frontier League will run in Varsity Races w/ separated results 

Scoring: 

Varsity- Run 7, Score 5

JV- Unlimited entries, Score 5

MS- Unlimited entries, Score 5

Awards: 

• Individuals: Shirts for Top 10 boys and girls athletes in Varsity and JV Races

• Team: Shirts for winning boys and girls Varsity teams (7 shirts)

• Middle School- Medals for top 10 boys and girls individuals  
  

Course: 

• 5000m (High School) and ~3000m (Middle School) 

• 3 loops around The Englewood Campus, approximately 1 mile each 

• Steep uphill at start, gradual uphill on Manfield, downhill or flat rest of loop, steep downhill at finish 

• Mostly pavement (spikes NOT recommended)

Entry Fee: $300 per High School 

($150 if only boys or girls team)

$150 per Middle School 

($75 if only boys or girls team)
