Sport Med First Aid Adult CPR Certificate

Sports Medicine students in Coach Briggs Class that want to have a HSI certification card for Adult CPR, AED which is valid for 2 years need to pay the $35.00 registration fee. This fee is required to receive their certification card.

CERTIFICATION FEE CARD MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO COURSE RECORD BEING SUBMITTED THE FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER.
