⚠️ NON-CHS GUEST REQUIREMENT: A Non-CHS Student Dance Contract must be picked up from the CHS Front Office, completed, and returned by 3:30 PM on Wednesday, September 23. No exceptions. Purchasing these tickets does not replace the required contract or guarantee guest approval.

NO Middle School Students are allowed. Guests must be a school student and/or 20 years old or younger. No one 21 or older may attend.

Your scannable receipt is your ticket and is required for entry into the Homecoming Dance.

Your confirmation email is your ticket. 📧 What You Need to Know: Your confirmation email contains your scannable QR code. No paper tickets will be issued. You must have your confirmation email on your phone to enter the Homecoming Dance. ⚠️ Very Important: If you lose or delete your confirmation email, we cannot reissue it. We will not provide anything else at the door in place of your confirmation email. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Please save your confirmation email now and have it ready when you arrive to help ensure a quick and smooth entry into the dance.

Homecoming Dance Contract

By selecting "I Agree," the student and parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the following requirements to attend the Cartersville High School Homecoming Dance.

DRESS CODE

Gentlemen:
• No denim/jeans
• Collared shirts must be tucked in
• Pants must fit properly and may not sag below the waistline
• No shorts or activewear
• Dress shoes required

Ladies:
• Dresses must be fingertip length with shoulders relaxed
• Strapless dresses are permitted if securely fitted
• Two-piece dresses are permitted; no bra-style tops and no more than two inches of midriff may be exposed
• Backless and low-cut backs are not permitted
• Slits may be no higher than mid-thigh
• Use discretion with lace, mesh, or sheer portions

STUDENT CONDUCT

Students will:
• Follow all applicable school rules outlined in the Student Handbook
• Follow the Homecoming Dance Dress Code
• Respect all students, faculty, staff, and chaperones
• Dance appropriately for a school-sponsored event; sexually explicit dancing is not permitted
• Understand that violation of the Dance Code of Conduct may result in removal from the dance
• Understand that any student or guest suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance, or possessing tobacco, vaping products, or a controlled substance, may be subject to a field sobriety test by law enforcement
• Understand that removal from the dance may result in additional school disciplinary action and/or loss of future school dance privileges, and parents/guardians will be notified

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, INCLUDING TO STUDENTS WHO ARE DENIED ENTRY OR REMOVED FROM THE DANCE.

Only high school students up to the age of 20 years may attend the dance (NO middle school students or adults 21+ will be admitted)

I acknowledge that my non-CHS guest must complete the required Non-CHS Student Dance Contract and that I must submit the completed contract to the CHS Front Office by 3:30 PM on Wednesday, September 23. If a completed contract is not on file by the deadline, my guest will not be permitted to enter the Homecoming Dance, even if a ticket has been purchased. No refund will be issued.
