Oversight of every booster club, without touching their money
Register every booster club and PTA, see what they raise school by school, and choose how much control you want. Their bank accounts stay theirs.
Free for districts. Already built into SuccessFund.
Booster clubs use your school's name. Do you know who runs them?
Most districts track boosters in a binder in the athletic office, if at all. No one knows for sure who the officers are, whether the group is bonded, or where the money goes.
The bookkeeper often finds out about a problem last. And when something goes wrong, it's the district's name in the headline, even if the money was never on its books.

Their money always stays in their own bank accounts. You only see what you choose to see.
Get every group registered
Bring the form you use today and we turn it into an online application. Groups answer once, upload bylaws, officer lists, and financial reviews, and just confirm their answers each year.
Every group also verifies its legal name, address, and EIN before it can take payments.
Choose what you see
Optionally view each group's campaigns, payouts, and bank accounts, and understand booster activity across your schools.
Your athletic director, bookkeeper, and district finance all look at the same record.
Add approvals when you're ready
Start with visibility. When you want sign-off, send their campaigns through your approval process.
A stamp of approval, not more paperwork
Registering takes minutes and renewing takes less. Sanctioned groups get the same tools your schools use, so taking money the right way is the easy way.
- Venmo, the approved waySupporters pay with Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or a card. The money goes to the group’s bank account, never a personal one.
- Less cash to countCard readers and tap to pay at games and events, so fewer cash boxes change hands.
- A record of every dollarWeekly deposits and real-time reports the treasurer can hand to the district.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the district have to hold booster money?
No. Groups keep their own bank accounts. You only see what you choose to see.
Is it hard to set up?
No. It's already part of SuccessFund and free for districts. Book a demo, bring the form you use today, and we'll build your application with you.
What if a group hasn't registered yet?
They can still run campaigns. Your reviewers see their status on every approval, and the group gets weekly reminders until they finish.
How often do groups renew?
You pick: every 12 months or the same date every year. Reminders start 30 days before a group expires, and you can see every group's status (Sanctioned, Pending Review, Expired, Not Submitted) at a glance.
Can we choose what we see?
Yes. Turn on any mix of approval requests, users, campaigns, payouts, and bank accounts. Many districts start hands-off: groups approve their own campaigns while the district watches payouts.
Some clubs are already approved on paper. Do they start over?
No. You can mark them as sanctioned and set their expiration date yourself.
