Your students have Venmo. Now your store can take it.
SuccessFund turns an iPad into a register built for student-run stores. Take Venmo, Apple Pay, cards and cash. Every sale goes to the district, and every sale shows which student rang it up.
"SuccessFund transformed our school stores. Simple to use, amazing reporting, and a huge jump in sales."

Sound familiar?
School store teachers run real businesses with teenagers. The tools usually weren’t built for that.
“I don’t have cash.”
Students carry phones, not wallets. But Venmo goes to a person, not the school, so most districts ban it.
The lunch line is out the door.
You have a few minutes to serve a few hundred kids. Slow card readers and making change eat that time.
The drawer is off. Who was on?
Balancing after every shift is hard when you can’t tell which student made which sale.
How it works at the register
Student signs in with a code
Each student types a store code and their name. No accounts, no passwords. Take a student off the register any time.
Tap or scan the item
Tap product pictures or scan barcodes with the iPad camera. Sold-out items show as sold out.
Customer pays their way
Tap a card or phone on the reader, scan a Venmo code, or pay cash. The app shows how much change to give.
Reports that help with SBE certification
School-based Enterprise certification asks students to show their sales, inventory and financial records. SuccessFund keeps all of it as the store runs, so students spend time analyzing, not adding up receipts.

Sample report with made-up numbers
Built for student-run stores
Everything a store teacher needs to run the business and teach it.
Every sale tied to a student
Filter any report by who rang it up, so balancing a shift takes minutes.
Barcode scanning
Scan products with the iPad camera instead of hunting for them on screen.
Cash counts too
Log cash sales next to digital ones, with a cash received report for deposits.
Inventory that updates itself
Stock goes down with every sale. Add sizes, flavors and other variants.
Sell online, pick up in store
Share a link for spirit wear or birthday grams. Scan the receipt at pickup.
No accounts for students
Students sign in with a store code and their name. Remove anyone’s access in one tap.
Discount codes
Run staff discounts, promo days and student rewards without a calculator at the register.
No fees on cash
Cash and check sales are always free to log. You only pay on card and Venmo payments.
Run more than one register
Add an iPad and reader for each line. Run a snack shop and a café from one account.
See it running in your store
15 minutes. We’ll show you the register, the reports and what setup looks like for your store.
