You can now restrict specific products to approved buyers only.
Access Codes require customers to enter a valid code before they can purchase protected products. If the code is invalid or has reached its usage limit, the buyer will be unable to add the item to their cart.
What you can control:
- Which products require a code
- One shared code or multiple unique codes
- Usage limits per code (ex: one per student)
- Multiple products tied to the same code
Perfect for:
- School dances limited to eligible students
- One-ticket-per-student rules using student ID numbers
- Staff or faculty-only items
- Team-specific merchandise
- Early access or VIP sales
Access Codes give you clear control over who can buy and how many they can purchase.
Set them up in:
Products → Store Options → Access Codes
💡 Pro Tip: Combine Access Codes and Discount Codes using the same code ID for discounts to auto-apply at checkout!
