You can now add videos to the top of your campaign page, right next to your photos.
A short video is one of the best ways to show supporters what you’re raising for. Now you can add one at the top of your campaign, in the same gallery as your photos.
How it works:
- Open your campaign, go to the Edit tab, and open the Media section.
- Upload a video from your computer (MP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 3 minutes and 500 MB), or paste a YouTube link with Add Video Link.
- Photos and videos share one swipeable gallery. Each video shows a thumbnail with a play button that supporters tap to watch.
- Drag any photo or video to the top of the list to make it your hero. That one shows first and is used as the preview when your campaign gets shared.
- Right after an upload, a video shows a quick “Preparing video…” thumbnail for a few seconds, then updates on its own. Nothing for you to do.
To get started, open your campaign and go to Edit > Media.
Show supporters your story, don’t just tell it.
