There’s a new home for administrator reports!
You’ll now see a Reports tab in the left-side menu — this is where new admin-level reports will live moving forward.
Our newest report:
Cash Received Report
This downloadable CSV includes all offline cash and check payments recorded within your selected date range, including:
- Transaction ID
- Allocation ID and campaign name
- Amount and date received
Why this matters:
This report helps administrators reconcile daily cash collection at the school level — making it easy to verify that all recorded cash was properly submitted.
💡 Tip: Make reconciliation even easier by recording cash in real time using the SuccessFund mobile app. You can also accept cards on-site with our card readers to reduce cash handling altogether.
