Dear Valued Community Member and Sponsor,
I'd like to take this opportunity as head coach of the Lady Dons Basketball program to thank you for the ongoing and continuous support our program has received the past few years. We have felt the outpour of support, whether that be by financial sponsorships, words of encouragement, recognition, or game attendance. We have witnessed our student-athletes reap the rewards of this support with gratitude and humility. We truly couldn't do what we do as coaches or student-athletes, without the support of our great community.

In a day and age where the focus has become more on the ATHLETE portion of student-athlete, our program is focused on encouraging our players to become their very best in the classroom. We encourage and demand class participation, studious and responsible approach to homework and projects, perfect attendance as a team, and respect for their educators. Our student-athletes have responded to the call with pride and diligence, earning them the 5A Academic State Championship two seasons in a row. We are proud of the young woman our players are becoming, and we hope you are too.

Through your continued support, we have been able to provide unique learning opportunities and experiences for our players outside of the classroom as well. They have been able to learn from local experts of a variety career fields, dietitians and nutritions, collectively study and read books as a team to develop better principles of character, and so much more. Just as Spanish Fork High School's motto rings loud, "Here, we learn for life." Our program is learning principles and life lessons that will help them far beyond the lines of a basketball court.

In addition to the learning aspect of our program, we also equip our athletes with up-to-date equipment, technology, and softwares that give them the tools to continue building the solid foundation of Spanish Fork Basketball. We are proud stewards of the tradition of Spanish Fork Basketball, and hope to continue doing our part in building the legacy.

None of these opportunities would be possible without your support. We are humbled and grateful for every cent we receive as a measurable display of community support.

We also recognize that this year, more than ever before, has created unique financial challenges for many. If you find yourself unable to provide financial support, please know that we are even more grateful for all the many other ways you support us. Your words of encouragement whether in the grocery store, at the gas station, or within the walls of our homes have provided us the support and motivation to continue to do our very best. And that has made all the difference in the confidence and mentality of our athletes.

No matter how you are able to support us in this upcoming season, we offer a sincere thank you. The future of Spanish Fork Girls Basketball is very bright, and we owe each and every one you a thank you for helping us keep the lights on.
