How much does a SuccessFund auction cost?
It’s free to set up. There are no subscriptions. Each winning bid has a transaction fee of up to $1 + 5%. The winner pays the fixed part of the fee at checkout, and the 5% comes out of the winning bid.
How do winners pay?
Bidders add a card before they bid. When they win, we charge that card right away. You never send an invoice or chase a winner.
Can we run a silent auction at an in-person event?
Yes. Print a QR code for each item and set it on the table. Guests scan the code and bid from their phone.
How long can an online auction run?
As long as you want, even days or weeks. With proxy bidding, supporters set their top bid once. We bid for them, so they don’t have to watch the clock.
What stops someone from winning with a last-second bid?
Turn on auto-extend for an item. A bid in the final minutes adds more time to the clock. Everyone else gets a fair chance to bid again.
Can we sell tickets and other items in the same campaign?
Yes. Add event tickets, concessions, and spirit wear right next to your auction items.
