CONVOCATION - Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Vendor Set Up at 6:45 a.m. and breakdown at 11am. You will have close to three hours mingling with over 1000 staff members.

Location is Little Elm Beach at 704 W. Eldorado Pkwy, Little Elm, TX 75068.

Vendor table cost $150 + bring a $50 value teacher gift (no gift cards).
