You can now sell tickets with assigned seats, so buyers pick their exact seat at checkout.
Until now you could sell seating sections with limited spots, but not specific seats. Now you can lay out your seats and let each buyer choose the one they want. Every seat is held the moment it’s picked, so there’s no double-booking.
How it works:
- Set up your event ticket under Products, then turn on assigned seating and lay out your seat map.
- Buyers see the seat map at checkout and tap the exact seat they want.
- Each seat is held as soon as someone picks it, so two people can’t grab the same one.
- Mix assigned seats with your other ticket types, like general admission, on the same event.
- The buyer’s receipt and QR code show their seat, and you scan them in at the door with the mobile app.
