Can I sell tickets with assigned seats?

Yes. Build a seating map of your auditorium, gym, or stadium once, and use it for every event. Buyers pick their seats when they check out.

Step 1: Create a venue

  1. Go to the Venues page and click New Venue.
  2. Pick the kind of space, give it a name, and click Create venue.
  3. Draw your rows and sections in the seating editor. You can also upload a photo or PDF of your seating chart, and SuccessFund will build a draft map for you.

Don’t see a Venues page? You need the Manage Venues permission. Ask your school or district administrator.

Step 2: Sell tickets

  1. Open your campaign, go to the Store tab, click New, and choose Tickets.
  2. Pick Assigned seating, choose your venue, and add an event photo.
  3. Add pricing tiers (for example, Adult $10 and Student $5), then select seats on the map and assign each a tier.
  4. Set the event date and time, and when tickets go on sale. Click Save.

If everyone sits wherever they like, choose General admission instead. No venue is needed.
