Probably not. After you confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, Apple Pay shows a check mark. That check mark only means Apple Pay confirmed your card. It doesn’t mean your order is paid.

The Apple Pay window then closes and takes you back to the checkout page. Tap the green Pay button there to finish your order.

If you didn’t get an email receipt, your order wasn’t placed and you weren’t charged. Open the campaign link and try again.
