Who can see our payouts?

Payouts are on the Payouts page in the main menu. What you see depends on your permissions:

• View Organization Deposits: see every deposit for the whole district or organization, and how each one splits across schools.
• View School Deposits: see only your school’s deposits.

No Payouts page? You don’t have either permission yet. Ask your district administrator.

Why do I only see part of a deposit?

Several schools can share one bank account. On a shared account, a school administrator sees only their own school’s share of each deposit. If only your school uses the account, you see the full deposit.
