How do I get a refund on something I bought?

Click the Contact button in your email receipt or on the campaign page. Your request goes to the person running the campaign. They decide based on their school or group’s refund policy.

If they approve it, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Refunds usually take a few business days to show up.

Partner gift cards and vouchers can’t be refunded. This includes Crumbl, Quick Quack, GetOut, and other partner products. The gift card is emailed to you right away and can’t be taken back.
