How and when will we receive the money we raise?

SuccessFund only sends funds to bank accounts owned and managed by schools, districts, or other approved organizations. Funds are deposited on a weekly basis, and in most cases, districts allow donation dollars to be used immediately after the deposit arrives — but always follow your district’s specific use-of-funds process when requesting access.

Here’s how the payout process works:

Payouts run once a week. Each payout includes the payments that have fully cleared from the supporter’s bank or card.
How long a payment takes to clear depends on how the supporter paid. A payment that hasn’t cleared yet goes out in a later week’s payout.
SuccessFund sends each payout by bank transfer (ACH) to the bank account on the campaign.
A campaign that collects money over several weeks gets one deposit for each week. Added together, the deposits match what you raised.

To view your payout status at any time:

Go to your campaign and click the Results tab.
Click on the Payouts report to see a detailed list of all transfers, including dates, amounts, and payment status.
